            Steering Committee Meeting

The third meeting of the Steering Committee for the development of the Smith Mountain Pumped Storage Project Shoreline Management Plan has been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2001.  The meeting is to be held in the 1^st – Floor Training Room of the Bedford County Administration Building located at 122 East Main Street in Bedford, Virginia.  Directions to the meeting site are attached.

The meeting will provide the initial opportunity for the members of the Steering Committee to discuss the development of the Shoreline Management Plan with the consultant selected to prepare the plan.  Therefore, we ask that either the members of the Steering Committee or their designated alternate attend.  If you have any questions or require additional information prior to the meeting, please call me at your convenience.
