Subject: Steering Committee Meeting
Hello All -
We would like to invite you to attend the next steering committee meeting on April 11. We will have an optional boat tour of the lake that will leave at 10 a.m. from AEP's Penn Hall facility. The steering committee meeting will begin at 1 p.m. at Penn Hall. We plan to discuss the surveys that have been received, the status of the aerial photography, and the schedule for the upcoming field reconnaissance. We look forward to seeing you there.
Thank you to those of you who responded to our request for the titles of available information and reports regarding Smith Mountain and Leesville Lakes. Those of you who have not responded, we look forward to hearing from you. Any reports or data specific to the lakes will be helpful as we prepare for fieldwork during the upcoming spring, summer, and fall. In addition, we would welcome those of you who have extra copies of reports or data to bring them to the meeting on April 11.
Please RSVP by April 4 to bperry@louisberger.com with a copy to ebparcell@aep.com. Please let us know if you will be attending the boat tour so that we can make arrangements for boats and food. Directions to Penn Hall follow with a detailed local map attached. Please feel free to call or email with questions.
Regards,
Bill Perry and Gregory Theyel
